SourcePVP is a competitive Hytale factions server focused on strategy, progression, and high-stakes PvP. Built for long-term play, SourcePVP combines classic faction warfare with modern MMO-style systems to create an experience where effort, coordination, and skill truly matter.
Form or join a faction, claim land, and build powerful bases to secure your territory. Claims protect your land, but through overclaims, rival factions can contest ownership, opening the door to organized raids and large-scale faction warfare. Raiding is designed to reward preparation and teamwork rather than chaos, keeping conflicts competitive and meaningful.
The server features a player-driven economy with a global shop to buy and sell resources, alongside fully GUI-based player shops that allow players to trade directly with each other. Whether you prefer grinding resources, crafting, or trading, there are multiple ways to succeed economically.
SourcePVP includes a deep MMO skills system that allows players to level up skills such as combat and mining. As you progress, you gain stat bonuses and passive improvements that make long-term play rewarding while remaining balanced for newer players.
Gear progression is enhanced through a custom enchanting system focused entirely on tools and armor. Enchantments improve combat effectiveness, defense, durability, and efficiency, allowing players to customize their loadouts without introducing raiding or claim-breaking mechanics.
For competitive players, King of the Hill (KOTH) events offer intense faction-based objectives where teams fight to control key areas for valuable rewards and prestige.
Custom NPC traders are currently a work in progress and will be introduced gradually to expand progression and world interaction.
